OUR MISSION

Paws and Claws Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit cat rescue dedicated to preventing and alleviating the suffering caused by abuse, neglect, and overpopulation. We help cats mentally and physically heal, and give them a chance to find love, a full life, and a forever home.

We are based in Evanston Illinois, but serve all of Chicago and its suburbs including, but not limited to: Morton Grove, Skokie, Wilmette, Des Plaines and Lincolnwood. Our cats come from all over the Chicagoland area, from Southern Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and beyond.

Foster

Help us save lives by providing a temporary, loving and restful retreat for animals in need. We provide all of the supplies, food and medical attention, so there is no cost to you as a foster parent... all you provide is love!

Our adoption process is designed to help make lasting matches between animals and families. Pets adopted from us are spayed/neutered, tested for FeLV/FIV, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and dewormed.
